Norma McKelvy has been a member of United Women in Faith (nee United Methodist Women) for over 30 years.  She is a past president of her unit at St. James UMC in Kansas City, MO, a past president of Heartland District and currently serves as Chairman of Nominations and on the Charter for Racial Justice Committee for the Missouri Conference United Women in Faith. She is retired and was last responsible for
coordinating Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery for a large insurance company.  Norma currently serves on the St James Leadership Board and Volunteers in Mission and has coordinated Share Fest regional collections/donations, volunteered at Sager Brown UMCOR Depot in Baldwin, La and has led two teams to Puerto Rico on mission trips to help remediate hurricane damage.  Norma is excited about each new hands-on opportunity the Lord provides her and wants to continue to join with others in being the hands and feet of Jesus in the world.
